Mark and Sue, your hosts, will give you a warm New Forest welcome to their comfortable home.

The Bothy, nestling at the end of a quiet lane, offers a peaceful stay and lovely views. There are three double en-suite rooms, beautifully decorated, for guests to choose from. Two with showers and one with slipper bath and balcony overlooking the garden where breakfast can be served on a sunny day. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, robes, TVs and radios and are stocked with bathroom essentials for those forgotten items. Breakfast features the Full English that many guests enjoy but also includes fresh waffles, smoked haddock and home cooked kedgeree. Local produce is used wherever possible.

There is a garden croquet set available and Mark and Sue are happy to show guests how to play on a summers evening.

The Bothy is within walking distance of an excellent village pub and the open forest for walking, cycling and riding. Mark and Sue will be delighted to recommend places to visit and restaurants to savour.

Mark and Sue enjoy adding that extra touch to special occasions and with advance notice can decorate rooms for birthdays and celebrations.

Walkers and cyclists are very welcome, there is a large barn to store bikes and often a log fire or woodburner to dry wet clothing and boots. This is a no smoking house.
